A lot of kids eat breakfast in school or kindergarden. Sometimes it can take a while until breakfast and a small snack would be appreciated.
If you are looking for some inspiration for healthy snacks than this recipe is for you. It’s prepared in just a few seconds, it will last a few days in the fridge and it’s eaten up in less than a second. It includes not only calcium, but also all amino acids.
In my upcoming ebook called MORERAWFOOD for kids I will share even more ideas and recipes for healthy snacks. It will be launched on Amazon Kindle September 10th. So stay tuned.
Hera are the Ingrediens that you will need:
- 4 tbsp sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat
- 10 Deglet Noir dates pitted
Stuff the dates with the buckwheat. Ready to enjoy.
These stuffed dates are great to dip in some chocolate sauce or a fruity dip. Both you can find in my upcoming book or you can use whatever dip you like, for example my raw chocolate butter.
What’s your favorite snack for kids? Please share it with us so we all can benefit from it.
See you soon. Let’s rock.
