Exercise helps to control weight, improve mood, boosts energy, improves sleep and even improves sexual intimacy. This information is kind of known.
Now they also found out that exercise lowers the risk of cancer for 13 different types of cancer. For example breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer and leukemia. (read more here)
