EXCERCISE FOR LOWER RISK OF CANCER

Decreased risk of 13 different kinds of cancer just by regularly exercise. This is what a study has found out.

Exercise helps to control weight, improve mood, boosts energy, improves sleep and even improves sexual intimacy. This information is kind of known.

Now they also found out that exercise lowers the risk of cancer for 13 different types of cancer. For example breast cancer, colon cancer,  lung cancer and leukemia. (read more here)

Since I’ve read this I’m even more motivated to do my daily workout.

Even though you have very limited times you can always find some possibilities to exercise. Your way to work, the commercial break in movies, brushing the teeth – just to name a few.
