I’m in the kitchen right now and preparing some new creams for Laurella to eat. So I thought I will share this recipe with you as I’m getting questions about this all the time.
I’m recently writing on my e-book about raw vegan kids with lots of healthy recipes for kids just like pizza, burgers, fries, chocolate butter, muffins, pancakes and much more.
The recipe I’m sharing with you today is not in the book but it is an example of what to expect. The recipe from today is loaded with healthy omega 3 fatty acids which are so important for the development of the brain and it is also loaded with calcium, magnesium and all amino acids (protein).

Here are the ingredients you will need today:
Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
If you are not that much into carob or chocolate than use acai powder or other fruits instead. Or just use it to have even more variations of this recipe for more nutrients for your kid.
