What is a recipe for a raw vegan fat free bread without a recipe of a raw chocolate butter? Nothing. Thats’ why I made a raw fat free version of the brand Nutella that is very famous in Germany.
My sister and her son are all about this chocolate cream and I was looking for a healthy alternative for it but I couldn’t find any. That’s why I just had to make my own. It turned out so delicious that I just have to share it with you.
Here are the ingredients that you will need:
- 125 g raw buckwheat sprouted
- 5 pitted Medjool dates (or more if you are a real sweety)
- 2 tbsp carob powder (you can use raw kakao powder as well)
- 50-100 ml water
Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend everything well. That’s it. This is just the basic recipe. You can add in some more super foods such as mesquite powder, maca powder or baobab to make it even more nutrient dense.
If you like it sweeter add in more dates. If you like it more creamy use less water. Just find out how you like it most.
But I really warn you. This stuff is addicting. I mean I’m not about chocolate at all but this cream is just making me going nuts. Laurella and I licked out the whole blender and one glas is already empty.
