3 GREEN SMOOTHIE – WITH ALL AMINO ACIDS

There is still a myth that you don’t get enough protein when eating a (raw) vegan diet. At least I’m getting this question so often. So today I want to share 3 simple green smoothie recipes with you which all contains all amino acids. Also the essential once.

So here are the ingredients that you will need:

Smoothie number 1:

INGREDIENTS:

zutaten banane buchweizen

 

  • 3 bananas
  • 1.5 tbsp sprouted buckwheat
  • 100 g spinach
  • 200 ml water

 

PREPARATION:

Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth.

Smoothie number 2:

INGREDIENTS:

zutaten schwarzkohl

 

  • 3 persimmons
  • 3 dino kale leaves
  • a dash of vanilla powder
  • 200 ml water

 

PREPARATION:

Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth.

Smoothie number 3:

INGREDIENTS:

mango alfalfasprossen

 

  • 2 mangos
  • 20-30 g alfalfa sprouts
  • 100 g spinach
  • 200 ml water

 

PREPARATION:

Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth.

Each of these smoothies contains all amino acids including the essential once. Depending on how much you drink of each smoothie you can cover your daily needs or not.

If you are into green smoothies already than go ahead and use more of the greens in your smoothies. These recipes are more for newbies and that’s why they have a higher fruit share.

To tell you the secret about these smoothies it’s the buckwheat, the kale and the alfalfa sprouts who contains the whole amino acid profile. So if you eat a lot of these you will probably cover your daily needs of protein. A last tip for today, if you pour these smoothies into a glas jar they are perfect on the go.
