Last Monday I started to workout again so my motto today is:
Eat fruit, put on some great music and work out.
My goal is to workout 20 minutes every day. I can either choose to workout, stretch or to dance. As soon as I’m into it I really want to workout more and my whole day gets so much better and fun. Most of the times I workout or dance longer than 20 minutes. I just need to kick start my bump and than im all into it. I will make a video soon how this looks like and how much fun it is. So stay tuned.
