PERSIMMONS DRESSING – THE BEST IN THE WINTER

Today I want to share my favorite dressing with you right now. I get so many comments on IG and FB what I put into my dressings and if I can share some recipes. And that’s why I want to share my favorite dressing recipe I have right now. It has a secret ingredients and I’m pretty sure you would never guess what that is? It’s actually inspired by my friend @rawfoodlifestyle so I got inspired to do so in my dressings as well. And this dressing is the best I think. So here are the ingredients that you will need:

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

SHARONDRESSING ZUTATEN BILD

 

  • 1 Persimmon
  • 3 Bell peppers
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 -1 clove of garlic (depending how strong you like it)
  • 2 TS Gojibeeren (that’s the secret ingredient)
  • optional – some nutritional yeast 1-2 TS (It’s not raw but very yummy)

 

PREPARATION:

Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend everything well. Pour the dressing into a nice bowl or jar and there you go!

 

The persimmons makes the dressing so creamy without adding any fat like avocado or any sundries tomatoes. Oh it’s so yummy! Or what do you say? Please leave me a comment how you like it. I’m so excited to here from you.
