People often ask me what I buy in a week on my high carb, low fat raw vegan diet. Today I want to share what I bought this week on the farmers market. It seams a lot and it is. Eating this way you need to eat more volume and can enjoy so much more delicious food. This week I bought:
- Heirloom tomatoes
- cherry tomatoes
- different kind of basil
I used to buy more leafy greens but now I have different salads and kale in my garden so I’m saving a lot of money on these items at the moment.
I always buy my food from the same farmers because they have the best produce and they always give me some discount or some extra produce.
Don’t be afraid of abundance food in large volume as long it is the right food.
