At the moment I’m kind of addicted to sprouted chickpeas. I add them to all my vegetable dishes. They are very easy to sprout. Just put raw chickpeas into a bowl of water and let them soak overnight. Rinse them carefully and put them into a sprouting jar. Rinse them with water twice a day and after 2-3 days you have your sprouted and living chickpeas.
I also sprouted some broccoli seeds and put it on top of this pasta bowl. It’s the same process as for the chickpeas. Sprouts are very nutrient rich and they are perfect to get some extra protein as well.
