A lot of people think that it is difficult to be social when eating more raw food. Today I want to share one of my favorit dish or snack to share with friends and family. It’s my raw dipping bowl. It’s perfect to bring to a party, barbecue or picknick or to prepare when friends or family are coming over.
- 500 gr asparagus
- 1 kohlrabi
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 chicory
- 1-2 zucchinis
- the juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 avocado (or a whole if you like it more creamy)
- 1/4 garlic clove
- some basil, oregano and thyme
Put all the ingredients for the dip into your blender and blend well. Pour the dip into a nice bowl and place the bowl in the middle of your dipping plate.
Cut all the vegetables to dip with in small bite sizes and arrange them on your dipping plate.
You can add or replace any dipping vegetable as you like. Be creative and design your own favorit dipping bowl. How does your favorit dipping bowl look like?
