One of the easiest ways to eat fruits and vegetables and to get others to eat more fruits and veggies is to make beautiful fruit platters. You can offer them for breakfast, together with cookies or cakes and as a desert after dinner. I normally have a big fruit platter for lunch so feel free to do so as well:-)
The key is to cut the fruits into bite sizes and to drape them on a plate in a colorful way. Even kids like fruit plates. So go and get some fruits to be creative and make your own favorite fruit plate.
