Aronia berries are extremely high in antioxidants and that’s why they are so good for you. They look like blueberries and they taste like a mix of blueberries and black currants. My favorite way to eat aronia berries is in my aronia berry cream. Here are the ingredients that you will need:
- 6 bananas
- 1 package of aronia berries (approximately 250gram)
Just put the bananas and the aronia berries into you blender and blend until smooth. Put the cream into a nice bowl and enjoy this deliciousness. This recipe is perfect to share with friends and family and it is also perfect for children. They will all love this cream.
