Do you want some good tips how to eat more rawfood while being on holiday? It can be easy and fun and you will be excited how good fruits taste when you eat them fully ripe harvested in the country of origin.
At the moment I’m on holiday in Greece. A lot of people are interested in how I eat raw during holiday and that’s why I want to share it with you. There are only 2 things that I really need:
- my Vitamixer (high speed blender)
- lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
I brought my vitamixer with me having the motor as hand luggage and the rest in my checked in luggage. I also brought a few mangos to secure my breakfast for the next morning.Directly after breakfast I went to the local farmers market. I always check out in advanced where and when the local farmers market are to secure the best quality food. I was shopping for the whole week and I got lots of treasures and godness for only 40€.
I also brought some chia seeds to secure that I will get high quality fats because I knew that there wont be any avocados or nuts available on the markets. I enjoyed the whole week full of ripe and super sweet fruits and BIG salads in the evenings. Watch out for more recipes coming up soon.
