These little berries grow mainly in Asia, Africa, America and Europe. They taste like a mix of nuts and berries with a twist of sugar. The most common way to find them are dried mulberries and you can always have some in your bag. They recommend 1 handful daily but they are so good that you want to eat more… and you can without any regrets.
