SPIRULINA – PROTEIN BOOST

Are you doing a lot of workout and want to gain muscles? Do you need high quality protein easy to absorb? There is nothing better than a portion of Spirulina. It is the best source of protein I’ve found so far and it is even better than all meat and dairy products I know. Are you ready to get a protein boost?

Spirulina is a blue-green alga that lives in fresh water and seawater. It is the best source of protein I know and it contains about 60-70%protein. It has 6x more protein than eggs and 3 times more than meat. But the best of all is that your body can absorb it directly and do not need a lot of time and energy to digest as it needs for meat and dairy products. 10 gram of spirulina powder contains 6 gram protein.

  • essential vitamins such as B12
  • minerals and amino acids
  • at least 60% protein
  • contains omega 3, 6 and 9
  • iron
  • folic acid
  • calcium (26 times more than milk)
  • zinc
  • chlorophyll

You do not need a lot as Spirulina is so high in protein. You can find it as powder or as pills depending how you like it.
